About the Event
"Weit weg. Spürbar nah" was the name of the collective exhibition of contemporary African art organised by "Nine.875". It was a four-week exhibition of art companied by good music by our guest-DJs. Here, I launched my "I Am Not Your Negro"-series That I developed during the disturbing events that happened in the USA this year.
As a co-founder of Nine.875 and as an artist this was an enriching experience I will never forget.
We all hope to repeat this kind of exhibtion as soon as the circumstances allow us to!
